Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
1. Introduction

This Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“Policy”) outlines our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and provides guidelines to ensure that all employees, contractors, and business partners act with integrity.

- Gifts and Hospitality: Employees must not offer or accept gifts or hospitality that could influence, or appear to influence, business decisions.
5. Responsibilities
- Employees: All employees are responsible for understanding and complying with this Policy. Any employee who suspects or becomes aware of any bribery or corruption must report it immediately.
- Management: Managers are responsible for ensuring that their teams understand and adhere to this Policy. They must also lead by example in promoting a culture of integrity.
- Compliance Officer: The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Policy, providing training, and conducting regular audits.
6. Reporting and Whistleblowing
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption to abc@atascloud.com. Reports can be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation. The Company will investigate all reports promptly and thoroughly.
7. Training and Communication
The Company will provide regular training on anti-bribery and corruption to all employees. This Policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and business partners.
8. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Any employee found to be in violation of this Policy will face disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment. The Company may also terminate contracts with business partners who violate this Policy.
9. Review and Monitoring
This Policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness. The Compliance Officer will monitor compliance and report to the Board of Directors.
